Frigo plants are harvested from the beginning of January when the plants are completely dormant. plants are stored in our cold store at -2°C and delivery is possible, in consultation with the customer, by the end of February to the beginning of october.
Fresh plants are available during September. These plants are harvested early in the morning and processed the same day, so that they can be planted out as soon as possible for normal cultivation. We sort these plants according to the development of the roots, rhizome and leaf. Generally, they show fast growth and early production but according to each variety whether it is early , medium or late variety.
We make plug plants to order with our smallest assortment of greenhouse cuttings, which we take cuttings in a 75 cc tray at the beginning of July. These plants can be released at the end of July / beginning of August, provided the cup is well rooted. The plug plant is an alternative to a fresh plant and is mainly used on heavier soils.
